Day Three

The kids are already in bed so that tells you what kind of day it has been. It started super early while it was still dark outside. MaKenna woke up screaming and I couldn't get her to calm down. I called and made an appointment for her with Dr. Hansen. I got MaKayla ready for school and than got the rest of us ready. I got another call from Qatar with wonderful video this time. It was so great to see him. After taking McKadi to school we headed to Twin for MaKenna's appointment. I had to stop at Verizon and get them to reset my phone so the skype mobile would actually work. They finally got it all fixed. I was so happy!!!! Now I can talk to Daniel on my phone. I took the kids to Barnes and Noble to look at books and kill some time. On the way out to the car Makayla informed me that we are on the Earth and that a big fire rock was going to come and make it into two Earths. The things she says just cracks me up. It was great to spend time with them. MaKenna's appointment went okay. She is 21 pounds. My smallest baby at this point. She is so little. She has a yeast infection, a viral infection, and the very beginning of an ear infection. So no wonder she has been miserable. I didn't make it home until nearly five after having to stop at Wal-Mart and get all of MaKenna's medications. While in line at Wal-Mart MaKayla had a five minute conversation with the man in front of us about birthdays and such things. She is so friendly is scares me sometimes. For dinner I made a lovely Shrimp Salad. It was so good, and it was good for me. It had shrimp, peas, brown rice, red bell peppers, garlic, lemon juice, and romaine lettuce leaves. I am doing good on my goal of not gaining to much more weight with this baby. After dinner and countless times of asking the kids to clean up their toys, and mess both downstairs and in their rooms; the kids got sent to bed. I had enough of nobody listening to me. No sleep is catching up with me. It is a good thing that McKadi has the next couple of days off of school so maybe I can get some actual rest. So as I was laying in bed I realized that I did not put McKayson accomplishment on today's blog. He said two new words, cow and yo-yo. I was thrilled.
