Day 18 The word of the day is poop

Wonderful Wednesday. For the most part it really has been a good day. We started our usually routine and proceeded to get everyone ready for the day. As I was in the shower with MaKenna, McKadi came running in to tell me something really serious. McKayson had pooped all over his room. Great. Just what I needed. So after getting MaKenna out of the shower (she doesn't like baths) I cleaned up Kayson's room and the hallway. He got in so much trouble. Well I got everyone else ready without too much more going wrong. Daniel called and I got to tell him all about my fun adventure this morning. He laughed at me. He wouldn't have been laughing if he had to clean it up. We had lunch real quick and headed to take McKadi to school. We went in a visited with my Mom for a few minutes before I had to leave to take the kids to the babysitter. I had a doctors appointment at 1:00 and was thrilled when he said I was back on track with my weight. I haven't even gained a full pound since I saw him last. Yes it is working!!!!!! I have to go back in a week to take the glucose test. Yuck!!!!!!! I stopped at the college before going to get the kids. They still haven't received my transcript so I have to track that all down again. I visited with my good friend for about an hour before heading home with the kids. It is always nice to have some adult conversation. McKayson had speech therapy at 3:30 so I wanted to make sure the house was picked up before she came. We got home and I put MaKenna in bed. I sent Kayson and Kayla upstairs to clean up the toys. When I went up to check on them a few minutes later I discovered poop all over the floor once again. This time the stupid dog had pooped and Kayson had stepped in it. I was so mad!!!!!!! Luckily I had enough time to actually clean it up. It was in three different bedrooms, on toys, on a mattress and in the hallway. Talk about wanting to shoot a dog. I was pretty feed up with poop at this point. McKayson's therapist go here a little after 3:30. She said he is the most advanced of all the kids she sees. He is putting together 4 or more word sentences and is trying to saying at least everything. That was good to hear. So he is making really good progress. She did not leave until almost 5 so soon after I started dinner. Things were going so smooth. I had the older girls set the table for dinner. Than I sent McKadi upstairs to get MaKenna. When she brought MaKenna downstairs everything was fine until I picked her up. She had completed blown out her diaper. There was poop all over. Great another fun mess to clean up. I finished the day with baths, laundry, homework and bedtime. Bedtime had been going a lot smoother and I just keep praying it continues that way. I love my kids and aside from all the accidents today it has been a Wonderful Wednesday. Until tomorrow. Goodnight.
