My pictures aren't the best but here goes. For April Fools Day I made dinner for the kids. They were so excited because they thought they were getting cupcakes for dinner.
The cupcakes are meatloaf with colored mashed potatoes and the grilled cheese sandwiches were angel food cake with orange colored frosted for the cheese. This was my first time make angel food cake and it didn't turn out the way I wanted it too but the kids got a laugh from it. My Dad had the hardest time with it. I wasn't sure he was even going to eat. MaKenna loved it. She thought it was yummy and fun to play in.
